Kitchen Dismantle – Kitchen dismantle is included within the purchase price and will be undertaken by Kütchenhaus not Used Kitchen Exchange…
Laminate worktops – Removal of a Laminate worktop will nearly always result in unrepairable damage to the laminate’s surface. Therefore, laminate worktops are always excluded from any sale, however they will be given free of charge if successfully removed.
Painted Kitchens – If painted, the final finishing coats will have been applied after installation. This means that during dismantle, painted finishes may be chipped. It is reasonable to expect some touch up painting will be required once your kitchen is re-installed
Glass/Mirror Splash Backs – due to the nature of the material it is not always possible to remove these without damage. Every effort will be made on behalf of the buyer, however, to be fair to everyone we have not included the value in the sales price. Therefore, if removed successfully they will be given to the buyer free of charge.
Condition – These kitchens are pre-installed and some minor wear and tear, screw holes etc are to be expected
Collection – Collection is the responsibility of the buyer, however, Used Kitchen Exchange offer a collection and delivery service. Please ask for a quote.
